THIS IS NOT AN EVENT THAT WILL BE HOSTED AT THE GRATEFUL HEARTS – THIS IS TO ORDER SIGNS TO BE MADE FOR YOU BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDERS SUBMITTED AND WE WILL WORK IN ORDER RECEIVED UNLESS YOU RUSH YOUR ORDER WITH THE OPTION BELOW!! ALL ORDERS WILL BE MADE AND DONE PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS!! LAST DAY TO ORDER TO HAVE BY CHRISTMAS IS DECEMBER 16TH!

  • You will be choosing your wood stain & paint colors at the time of checkout BE SURE TO COMMENT COLORS OF CHOICE BEFORE YOU SUBMIT OR sign will be made as shown in photo chosen 
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to be completed if you need to RUSH order please contact us directly and add the RUSH order below.
  • Designs can NOT be replicated perfectly as different wood has different natural marks and blemishes. All our wood is carefully selected and cut to meet our quality inspections and needs. Bleeding may occur as we work with raw wood, we will do our best to fix and blemishes.

The Grateful Hearts will create a custom, charming Plank or Round Wood of the design you choose at checkout!  We will start with bare wood and to create your beautiful design. Choose from the numerous Grateful Hearts designs available.

Please note: Many of our designs are personalized, which requires that you enter your information when you register so we can prepare your stencil.  Special requests for custom designs must be submitted via email and pre-approved at least 72 hours before your need by date, so that we have adequate time to prepare your design. Please contact us using this link for custom requests. The $15 custom fee will apply. If you are having a custom design submitted; please select the CUSTOM DESIGN/ARTWORK FEE in addition to the project size when registering below.

  1. Choose your Design/Artwork you want on your project from our options.  Make note of the design # OR stop in and look over our designs book. Continue through with registration by reserving your project size {wood, canvas pillow or wall hanging}
  2. Don’t see a design you want?  We can create your idea for a $15 design/artwork fee. (Email or Facebook us your design idea/image) – we will contact you once your design is approved.
  3. Add your chosen project size to the “CART”.
  4. “Proceed to Registration” – Check Out
  5. Submit Registration & Payment

Due to the custom nature of ALL our projects, we have a NO REFUND policy on ALL reservations!
