  • You will be choosing your wood stain & paint colors at the party
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to party start time
  • Workshop lasts anywhere from 3 to 3.5 hours
  • NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!  We guide you every step of the way and we are here to help you!

Join us at The Grateful Hearts to create a custom, charming Plank or Round Wood!  In the workshop, you will have the opportunity to customize your sign with your choice of paint colors (for both the background and the design itself) from our decor line of paints, (non-toxic!) stains and level of distressing.

We will start with bare wood and learn the steps to create your beautiful design. Choose from the numerous Grateful Hearts designs available.

NO PEANUTS OR TREE NUTS OF ANY KIND WILL BE PERMITTED.
PLEASE CHECK THE INGREDIENTS TO BE SURE IT IS ALSO NOT MADE IN A FACILITY WHERE PEANUTS/TREE NUTS ARE PROCESSED. THANK YOU!! 

Please note: Many of our designs are personalized, which requires that you enter your information when you register so we can prepare your stencil before you arrive.  Special requests for custom designs must be submitted via email and pre-approved at least 72 hours before your workshop, so that we have adequate time to prepare your design. Please contact us using this link for custom requests. The $15 custom fee will apply. If you are having a custom design submitted; please select the CUSTOM DESIGN/ARTWORK FEE in addition to the project size when registering below.

  1. Choose your Design/Artwork you want on your project from our options.  Make note of the “PINK” design # OR stop in and look over our designs book at least 72 hours prior to the event date. Continue through with registration by reserving your project size {wood, canvas pillow or wall hanging}
  2. Don’t see a design you want?  We can create your idea for a $15 design/artwork fee. (Email or Facebook us your design idea/image) – we will contact you once your design is approved.
  3. Add your chosen project size to the “CART”.
  4. “Proceed to Registration” – Check Out
  5. Submit Registration & Payment

Due to the custom nature of ALL our projects, we have a NO REFUND policy on ALL reservations!

By clicking submit you verify that you have checked and made sure you have entered the Personalization information correctly so we can prepare your project stencil before you arrive.

AFTER 6PM is an ADULT workshop! Nobody under the age of 18 will be permitted.**

IF YOU REGISTER AND DO NOT SHOW: we do not offer refunds since items ordered are prepared for in advance and the seat was sold as stated in our policy upon registering. We will hold the project(S) for one week (7 days) for you to do during our business hours, after 7 days we will do the project(s) for you at no additional charge. If you would like specific colors and we are doing the project(s) for you please let us know within 48 hours otherwise the project(s) will be painted as show in the image(s) chosen.
